Happy Easter !
Happy Easter everyone ! Easter is my favorite holiday .... I have no idea why, but I believe it stems from my childhood where I was (am) a spoiled only child.. and got 2 Easter baskets ( 1 candy, and 1 gifts) a new dress, new shoes and it officially marks the beginning of Spring!

Samoas Cheesecake.
Yea, well If anyone would do it.. it would be me . This weekend I combined an entire cheesecake.. with an entire box of Samoas Girlscout cookies...... and it was fabulous.
