My Apologies...

Sorry I haven't written .. I've been busy moving (Still!)  Into an apartment with a teeeeny tiny kitchen (and oven) :( .... also it's electric.. So this blog MIGHT get a little weird, more like an experimental project in cooking in such a kitchen.. Luckily I will however have more time to actually blog, and I'll have to cook more for myself .. and maybe some lucky friends ? (lucky... ? we'll see...)

Anyway! I should be moved in this weekend and from that point on you can harass me for more blog posts ... but right now I still need to CLEAN the hell out of the place and then get my stuff ( and I have a LOT of stuff) into it.

Coconut Cream Layer Cake.

 Easter, I have decided to put a spin on the classic Coconut Bunny Cake

I am making a Coconut Cake, with Coconut Cream Filling and a Vanilla Bean Buttercream, and Garnished with Toasted Coconut .... Sorry Bunny.

Happy Easter !

Happy Easter everyone ! Easter is my favorite holiday .... I have no idea why, but I believe it stems from my childhood where I was (am) a spoiled only child.. and got 2 Easter baskets ( 1 candy, and 1 gifts)  a new dress, new shoes and it officially marks the beginning of Spring!

Currently I am working on baking a Coconut Cream Layer Cake, which I will share with you all later ... hopefully :)  But for now, I hope you all have a wonderful day filled with Love, Food, Family and Sunshine!!
