My Apologies...
Sorry I haven't written .. I've been busy moving (Still!) Into an apartment with a teeeeny tiny kitchen (and oven) :( .... also it's electric.. So this blog MIGHT get a little weird, more like an experimental project in cooking in such a kitchen.. Luckily I will however have more time to actually blog, and I'll have to cook more for myself .. and maybe some lucky friends ? (lucky... ? we'll see...)
Anyway! I should be moved in this weekend and from that point on you can harass me for more...

Coconut Cream Layer Cake.
Easter, I have decided to put a spin on the classic Coconut Bunny Cake
( That is not my cake !! )
I am making a Coconut Cake, with Coconut Cream Filling and a Vanilla Bean Buttercream, and Garnished with Toasted Coconut .... Sorry Bunn...

Happy Easter everyone ! Easter is my favorite holiday .... I have no idea why, but I believe it stems from my childhood where I was (am) a spoiled only child.. and got 2 Easter baskets ( 1 candy, and 1 gifts) a new dress, new shoes and it officially marks the beginning of Spring!

Samoas Cheesecake.
Yea, well If anyone would do it.. it would be me . This weekend I combined an entire cheesecake.. with an entire box of Samoas Girlscout cookies...... and it was fabulous.
